ORDER
28.04.2026 Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, has challenged Order No. DIVCOM-“K”/30/2025, dated 03.03.2025, under Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988, which has been executed on 08.03.2025, for which the maximum period of detention is one year, as such, the impugned order has outlived its life and the petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
