ORDER

27.04.2026 The petitioner through the medium of this petition has challenged order No. DIVCOM-“K”/65/2025 dated 17.04.2025 having been executed on 26.04.2025. Since the maximum detention period provided in terms of PITNDPS is one year, which has already elapsed during the pendency of the present proceedings, nothing survives for adjudication. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
