ORDER
27.04.2026 This petition had been dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.08.2022 and subsequently came to be restored on 13.03.2024. However, even after restoration, there has been intermittent representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last several dates and vide previous order dated 01.04.2026, it had been made clear, while awaiting for the petitioner, that, in the event of non- appearance, the petition shall be dismissed on the next date of hearing. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as a result, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with the connected applications. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
