On mention, this case is taken up, out of turn. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. He submits that the petitioner does not want to pursue this case any further and he has instructions to withdraw this petition. His statement, in support of his contention, is taken on record. In view of the above, the petition CM(M) 225/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, along with all the connected application(s). Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
