HON’BLE MR JUSTICE M. A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE.
(ORDER) 18.04.2026
On mention, this case is taken up out of turn.

He, therefore, prays that both these petitions be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in support of his contention is taken on record.
In this backdrop, both the petitions WP(C) 2604/2024 and WP(C) 1434/2024 are ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, alongwith pending application(s), with liberty to avail the legal remedy.
