ORDER
17.04.2026
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, which was alleged to have been flouted by the respondents in this contempt petition, has now been complied with by the respondents and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, and the petitioner has no grievance to that extent, while reserving the right to claim interest. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of as having been settled. Disposed of.
