This application has been moved by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the CCP(S) No. 3/2025 in WP(C) No. 1055/2023 asserting therein that the respondents have assured the applicant/petitioner that his grievance shall be redressed by the non-applicants.
In view of the reasons assigned in the application and submissions urged at Bar, this application is allowed and the Contempt Petition No. 3/2025 arising out of WP(C) No. 1055/2023 is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, in case the cause survives. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
