HON’BLE MR JUSTICE M. A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE.

(ORDER) 15.04.2026

01. Petitioner through the medium of this petition seeks direction to the respondent No. 3 to conduct and conclude the enquiry pursuant to order dated 10th of June, 2024 within a period of four weeks and also seeks to direct the respondent No. 3 to file a time bound compliance report before the office of respondent No. 2.

November, 2012 for land measuring 2 kanals under Khasra No. 1628/830 situated at Bhagat-i-Barzulla, Srinagar wherein the Joint-Financial Commissioner directed to conduct a detailed enquiry so as to locate the Parat-Sarkar foil of impugned mutation and ascertain the official/s involved for not maintaining the records properly which will ultimately facilitate a proper disposal of the matter.
