ORDER
10.04.2026 CM 1903/2026: This application has been moved by the applicants/petitioners seeking withdrawal of WP(C) 3057/2025, with liberty to file fresh, if the cause survives. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has been instructed by the petitioners to seek withdrawal of the main petition, with liberty as prayed for in the application. In view of the reasons assigned in the application and those urged at the Bar, the application is allowed and WP(C) 3057/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the connected CMs, if any, with liberty to file fresh, if the cause survives. CM 1903/2026 is disposed of, accordingly.
