Order
No. 01/DMA/PSA/DET/2025 dated 24.01.2025 issued by Respondent No.2-District Magistrate Anantnag, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be detained under Section (8) of the J&K Public Safety Act, 1978. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order of detention dated 24.01.2025, executed on 25.01.2025, with the maximum period of one year has already outlived its life. In the above factual backdrop, this petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous, along with the connected application(s).
