CORAM:
HON’BLE MR JUSTICE M. A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE.
(ORDER) 09.04.2026 Through the medium of this petition, the petitioner has challenged Order No. DIVCOM-“K”/09/2025 dated 03.03.2025 issued by Respondent No.2-Divsional Commissioner, Kashmir, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be detained under Section (3) of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the impugned order of detention dated 03.03.2025, executed on 06.03.2025, with the maximum period of one year has already outlived its life. In the above factual backdrop, this petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous, along with the connected application(s).
