CORAM:
HON’BLE MR JUSTICE M. A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE.
(ORDER) 09.04.2026
Through the medium of this petition, the petitioner has challenged Order No. 03/DMP/PSA/2024 dated 27.01.2024 issued by Respondent No.2-District Magistrate Baramulla, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be detained under Section (8) of the J&K Public Safety Act.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order of detention dated 27.01.2024, executed on 29.01.2024 with the maximum period of two years has outlived its life. On the above factual backdrop, this petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
