Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the passing away of the petitioner as well as respondent No. 2, in this matter of appointment of guardian under Mental Health Act, this matter has been rendered infructuous and, as such, appropriate orders be passed. In view of the above, this case is dismissed as being rendered as infructuous. Interim Direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
