ORDER

03.04.2026

Before institution of this petition by the petitioner taking place on 27.03.2026, a corresponding development is said to have taken place which is the presentation of a final Police Report (Challan) by reference to FIR No. 170/2025 registered by the Police Station Anantnag, whereas in the present petition quashment of very said FIR is being sought by the petitioner. As such, the said development renders this writ petition infructuous which the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw with liberty reserved to file a fresh petition in which the final police report submitted in furtherance of FIR No. 170/2025 is also questioned in case so legally advised to the petitioner.
