26.12.2025 This petition calls in question the order dated 14.08.2025 passed by the J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar, whereby the petitioners’ application for grant of interim relief has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the petitioners are aggrieved of the order whereby the status quo order has been vacated, he has no objection if the order of status quo is maintained, provided that the Tribunal is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. Accordingly, status quo as on date shall be maintained for a period of one month. During the said period, Tribunal shall decide the matter on merits after hearing both the parties. No adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties. Disposed of.
