Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, with the passage of time and in view of the final order passed by the learned Trial Magistrate, the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the same was directed against an interim order passed by the learned Magistrate, which order stood modified by the learned Sessions Judge. Since final orders have now been passed by the learned Trial Magistrate, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
