O R D E R
24.12.2025 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have considered and complied with the judgment, whereby they were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner. After such consideration, the claim has been rejected. A copy of the same has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the judgment stands complied with. Therefore, the proceedings in this petition are dropped and accordingly, contempt stands closed. However, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he may avail the remedy available to him in accordance with law.
