24.12.2025 The record reflects that on the previous two consecutive dates of hearing, requests for adjournment were made on the ground of the arguing counsel’s unavailability. Today, despite the matter being called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing this litigation. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected CM(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
