After arguing for a while, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to invoke the appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law. The statement of the learned Counsel is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the Petitioners, as prayed for. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, accordingly.
