ORDER

05.12.2025

01. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if this transfer petition is disposed of, with a direction to the executing court not to take any coercive steps. His statement is taken on record.

02. Since the award passed by the Lok Adalat, as is the position in the present case, is to be executed in terms of the Legal Services Authority Act, the executing court shall bear the same in mind and proceed in accordance with law.

03. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the transfer application is disposed of as not pressed.
