This application is filed by the Applicants/ Petitioners seeking rectification of typographical error having crept in Judgment dated 21st of November, 2025 passed by this Court in CRM (M) No. 444/2025 c/w CRM (M) No. 6/2025, insofar as it mentions FIR Nos. 96/2025 and 97/2025 instead of FIR Nos. 96/2016 and 97/2016.
Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants/ Petitioners and perused the record.
The application, for the reasons stated therein and those urged at the Bar, is allowed and it is provided that in the Judgment dated 21st of November, 2025 passed in CRM (M) No. 444/2025 c/w CRM (M) No. 6/2025, instead of FIR Nos. 96/2025 and 97/2025, FIR Nos. 96/2016 and 97/2016 be read, wherever mentioned.
CrlM No. 2109/2025 shall stand disposed of, accordingly.
This Order shall be deemed to be in continuation and part of Judgment dated 21st of November, 2025 passed in CRM (M) No. 444/2025 c/w CRM (M) No. 6/2026.
