Mr. Laway, learned GA while appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to directions of this Court vide order dated 15.02.2023, the respondents have passed a speaking order whereby the contention of the petitioner has been rejected. A copy of the said order produced by Mr. Laway, is taken on record. In this view of the matter, the petitioner is required to challenge the order passed by the respondents, under the available remedy. The petition is thus, disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him against the said order of rejection. Disposed of.
