Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if this Court directs the Executing Court to dispose of the matter expeditiously, in that eventuality he has instructions not to press the instant application. His statement is taken on record. In view of the submission made at Bar, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Executing Court to decide the execution petition expeditiously, particularly in light of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in a case titled ‘Periyammal (Dead) through LRs and Others v.
