Heard the parties.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer for modification of the judgment dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.926 of 2023 wherein in pagaraph-8, inadvertently, the words ‘qua the petitioner’ has been left out.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 submit that the same is a printing error.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the paragraph-8 of the said judgment dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.926 of 2023 is modified to be read as:-

“8. Accordingly, the entire criminal proceeding and the order dated 29.11.2022 as well as the FIR being Bankmore P.S. case No.305 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2527 of 2021) is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner only” and it is ordered that this order be treated as part of the said judgment dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.926 of 2023 and a copy of this order be sent to the court concerned forthwith by the Registry.

This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
