02/09.10.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4757 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within stipulated time due to communication gap. He submits that the anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner and two weeks’ further time may kindly be granted to surrender before the learned court.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner and in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court within stipulated time.

Taking into account the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court. Order dated 26.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4757 of 2025 is modified to the above extent and rest of the order is kept intact.

This petition is allowed and disposed of.
