Perusal of the record reveals that this Cr.M.P. has already been disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cost has already been paid to the opposite party No.2 through his counsel appearing in the record.

Learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 submits that the opposite party No.2 has not been served the copy of Cr.M.P. No.1577 of 2022.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to serve the same to the opposite party No.2.

Prayer for time is allowed as the last chance.

List Cr.M.P. No.1577 of 2022 after two weeks.
