Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2026 in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 316 of 2025, registered under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, now pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

3. After some arguments, when this court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in view of paragraphs 7 and 8 of the counter-affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application by submitting that he has to see the police paper as and when provided to him.

4. Learned counsel for the state has no objection to the prayer for withdrawal.

5. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through “FAX/email”.
