A peremptory order for removal of defects was passed by us on 31.03.2023. A further direction was given that if the defects are removed within the stipulated period, it will be listed today i.e. 19.05.2023.

However, in the meantime, the defects pointed out by the office, have not been removed and so by virtue of the peremptory order, the Registry has already dismissed the instant W.P.(PIL) but, the Listing Section has listed this matter again as live litigation in the daily cause list. It is therefore, directed that this matter be treated as dismissed for default on 17.04.2023.
