1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2026 in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Koderma.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has been falsely implicated in this case. She happens to be the first wife of the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel has further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted for the alleged offence registered under Section 103(1), 3(5) of BNS.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is an allegation of demand for dowry and the deceased was 5 months pregnant. She died in the house where the petitioner and her husband were also residing. The impugned order itself reveals that, as per the post mortem report, multiple injuries were found on the dead body.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the deceased expired in the house of the petitioner and that there is also an allegation of demand for dowry and the deceased was pregnant, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
