1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 159/2026 for the offence registered under Section 318(2), 318(3), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 61(2) of BNS, Section 66(C), 66(D) of IT Act and Section 42(3)(e) of Telecommunication Act, 2003, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Spl. Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad.
2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the charge-sheet has not been submitted so far. The matter relates to cyber offence and the investigation is going on.
3. At this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the charge-sheet has not yet been submitted.
4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through ‘e-mail/FAX’.
