05/06.10.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. I.A. No. 14615 of 2026 which has been jointly filed by the petitioner and the victim during the court proceeding is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the victim have jointly submitted that both of them have performed social marriage and they are now living together in the house of the petitioner and petitioner is taking care of the prosecutrix and the new born baby.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provisional bail granted to the petitioner may be confirmed.
5. To this, the learned counsel for the opposite party representing the victim has no objection.
6. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that if the victim has no objection, he has nothing to say.
7. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid submissions , the provisional bail granted vide order dated 08.07.2026 is hereby confirmed.
