1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an application on the issue of running dual Jamabandi in online Register- II with respect to the land appertaining to plot no. 61, Khata No. 93, Mouza- Belahati, Circle- Khunti, District- Khunti measuring an area of 4.19 acres.
2. Considering the said prayer, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
