This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning a delay of 21 days in filing the appeal. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the delay of 21 days in filling the appeal is hereby condoned. I.A. No. 11619 of 2026 stands disposed of.

This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.06.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in Misc. Criminal Application No. 177/2026 in connection with Pakur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 252/2021, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
