2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A. No.12538 of 2026 has been filed for withdrawal of the instant petition in view of the averments made in paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the instant I.A.
3. In view of the said prayer made in the instant I.A. petition, the prayer is allowed and, accordingly, the instant I.A stands allowed, and consequently, instant petition being W.P.(C) No.1705 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Pending petition, if any, also stands disposed of.
