Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2026 in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No.38/2026, registered under Sections 308 (3) and 77 of BNS Section 67 of I.T. Act, now pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.
3. Counter affidavit filed by the State during the court proceedings is taken on record.
4. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the bail application at this stage.
5. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through “FAX/email”.
