Learned counsel for the petitioner files a Supplementary Affidavit. Let the same be kept in the record.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No.65 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Section 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 308(5), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons, wrongfully confined the informant, assaulted him and one Mohit Tiwari, caused hurt to them, snatched away the gold chain of the informant, cash amounting to Rs.3,230/- and other belongings and demanded Rs.50,000/- as ransom for their release and there is further allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner and the co-accused persons blindfolded and undressed the victim and recorded their objectionable and nude photographs and videos and threatened to circulate the same on social media and the petitioner and the co- accused persons compelled the informant to transfer Rs.13,000/- and also forcibly took additional cash from him. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is inordinate delay of 10 days in lodging the F.I.R. It is also submitted that no incriminating articles have been recovered from the petitioner. It is also submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2026 passed in B.A. No.7600 of 2026. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and that he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 25.08.2026 as has been mentioned in para-22 of the instant bail application. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Golmuri P.S.
