Order No.15/Dated: 05.10.2026

1. On the last two occasions i.e. order dated 18.06.2024 and 08.07.2025, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Further, order dated 03.03.2025 reads as under: - “List this case after three weeks, when the petitioner will produce the notification with document to suggest that he was promoted as Sub-Inspector of Police with effect from 01.10.1981.”

3. The above order has also not been complied with.

4. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.

5. However, petitioner is at liberty to file an interlocutory application for revival of the case within six months, if so desires.

6. With above liberty, the present writ petition is disposed of.
