Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender before the court concerned within a week and prays for regular bail. Permission is accorded.
This anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned within a week and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the court concerned in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
