07/30.09.2026 After some argument, Mr. Ratnesh Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Registrar, Simdega (the respondent no. 6) seeking registration of an instrument with respect to the land in question.

2. Considering the said prayer, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

It is also observed that if registration of any instrument with respect to the land in question presented by the petitioner is refused by the respondent no. 6 on the ground that the said instrument is not accompanying the land possession certificate, the petitioner will have liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
