Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. This petition has been filed for modification of bail order dated 13.08.2026 passed in B.A. No. 7536 of 2026 with respect to the condition mentioned at paragraph no.4 (i), wherein it was stipulated that one of the bailors would be the pairvikar of the petitioner.
3. The bail application was filed by the petitioner in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 14/2026, which was said to be pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pairvikar of the bail application has left for Asansol, and accordingly, he is not in a position to comply condition no.4 (i).
5. The learned counsel submits that the present petition seeking modification has been filed by the son of the petitioner and he is ready to be one of the bailors.
6. The learned counsel for the State Mr. Shashi Kr. Verma, has no objection so far as the prayer for modification is concerned.

7. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the condition mentioned in paragraph 4 (i) of order dated 13.08.2026 passed in B.A. No. 7536 of 2026 is modified as under: One of the bailors would be the son of the petitioner, who is pairvikar in the present case namely Imran Ansari, S/o – Diljan Ansari, R/o – Husandih P.O. – Banstora, P.S. Chandankiyari, District – Bokaro, Jharkhand.
8. This Cr.M.P is accordingly disposed of.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through Fax/email.
