Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. This Cr.M.P. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 15.05.2026 passed by this Court in B.A. No. 4161 of 2026 to the limited extent of modifying Condition No. 6(i) contained therein, whereby both the bailors have been directed to be close relatives of the petitioner.

3. The bail application was filed by the petitioner in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025 which was said to be pending in the court of learned SDJM at Sahibganj.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through ‘FAX/email’.
