Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2026 in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.27 of 2026, registered under Section 42(3)(e) of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 and Sections 111(2)(b), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), & 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 66(B),66(C),66(D) of IT Act, now pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara.
2. Counter affidavit filed during the court proceeding is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
