-------- Order No. 6 /Dated: 29th September 2026

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though respondent no.3 in the writ petition was directed to pass the reasoned order after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner but as per the show- cause/compliance report filed in this case it appears that respondent no.5- Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro in the writ petition has passed the reasoned order. Accordingly, learned counsel submits that though in a technical sense order passed by the writ Court has not been complied with but since the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro has already passed the reasoned order as such this contempt case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same.

2. Having regard to the above, the instant contempt case stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order dated 18.08.2026.

3. Pending I.A, if any, also stands disposed of.
