Drawing attention of this Court towards para- 11 of the instant bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is next submitted that in the F.I.R. it is attributed that though Bablu Marandi is the husband of the petitioner but the petitioner is the wife of Shyamlal Kisku. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and so far one witness has been examined but he has not stated anything to implicate the petitioner in this case. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
