1. The appellant has already been released from custody on 12.11.2025 on completion of sentence awarded to him.

The aforesaid fact has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Spl.P.P. from the communication dated 27.09.2026 received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ghaghidih, Jamshedpur, a copy of which has also been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.
3. Let the aforesaid communication dated 27.9.2026 be kept on record.
4. Considering the same, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not want to press this appeal.
5. Consequently, the instant criminal appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.
