03/28.09.2026 Heard Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to AAG-III.
In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent no.4 to take immediate action against the respondent no.5, 6 and 7 and to remove the encroachment made in the premises of the petitioner.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had approached for removal of encroachment before the Sub-Divisional Officer and an order was passed in his favour which however has been challenged by the respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7 before the District Judge where it is said to be pending being Cr. Revision No.07 of 2025.
In view of the fact that the matter in issue in this writ application is already pending before the concerned court in Cr. Revision No.07 of 2025, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the Principal District Judge, Dumka to expedite the hearing of Cr. Revision No.07 of 2025.
