1. Heard the parties.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Section(s) 406, 409, 420, 120B and 34 IPC in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Chatra.

3. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner had filed two anticipatory bail applications earlier and both of them are rejected.

4. The second anticipatory bail was rejected on 09.01.2026, on the ground that the petitioner was only harping the same point which he had taken in the earlier application and which in fact was filed to review the order dated 15.04.2025 which dismissed in A.B.A. No.4988 of 2024.

5. Since charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No.64 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra stands rejected.

6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed
