07/25.09.2026 Mr. Rishabh Kaushal, AC to learned GP-II refers to Annexure- A to the show-cause dated 13.08.2026 which is the order dated 06.08.2026, as contained in Memo No. 776 and submits that amount has already been sanctioned by the department.
After going through the aforesaid order dated 06.08.2026, I find that order and direction of this Court has already been complied with as amount of Rs. 13,99,374.00 has already been paid to the petitioner towards MACP dues.
In view of aforesaid fact, no contempt is made out. Consequently, this Contempt proceeding stands dropped.
Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
However, petitioner is at liberty to approach before appropriate forum for the grievances, if any.
