1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 36/2026 for the offence registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338(2), 340(2), 61(2) of BNS and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act and Section 3 of Online Gaming Act, 2025, said to have been pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad.
2. During the course of hearing, it transpired that the investigation is still going on.
3. At this, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this bail application at this stage.
4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through ‘e-mail/FAX’.
