04/21.09.2026 In W.P. (C) No.6163 of 2011, prayer is made for quashing the order of warrant of attachment pursuant to Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No.01(ST)/07-08.

In W.P. (C) No.6170 of 2011, prayer is made for quashing the order of warrant of attachment pursuant to Bihar and Orissa Public Demand

2026:JHHC:28465

Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No.02(ST)/07-08.

On repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners in these two writ petitions.

These matters were listed on 13.01.2026 and on that day, on repeated calls, nobody responded on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned by way of last indulgence to press these writ petitions. Today, again nobody responded on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls, which clearly suggests that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter as these matters are of the year 2011.

Accordingly, these writ petitions, are hereby, dismissed. Pending Interlocutory Application, if any, is disposed of.
